Events

Event photography can cover many areas and includes PR and commercial photography. The lines between the different types and styles moves and changes constantly.

 

Events can be anything from a charity bike ride to a theatrical performance, a lavish party to a graduation or awards ceremony. A variety of styles from reportage (subtle photography taken from distance), staged group shots, interior shots as well as formally set up shots tends to be the methodology for events.

It's also great to engage with participants and attendees when 

appropriate, to capture revealing moments where possible. I'm always willing to take another shot to make sure the event remains memorable.
